Most issues can be isolated without sharing account or chat data.
Quick checks
- Refresh the Kick channel once.
- Open BetterKick settings and confirm the affected feature is enabled globally and for that channel.
- Open the BetterKick popup and confirm the feature summary loads.
- Temporarily disable other Kick extensions to check for conflicts.
- Include BetterKick version, browser version, the feature name, and whether the issue affects one or every channel.
